What’s free, exactly?
Every Axis desktop app, with full local editing and no account required. You own them. Paid plans only add cloud storage, sync, teams and AI.
How do Forge credits work?
One credit = one generation. Each paid plan includes a monthly pool of Forge credits (Plus 40, Pro 150, Team 100 pooled per seat) that refreshes every month. Need more? Buy top-up packs any time — those credits are permanent and never expire.
Do my apps stop working if I cancel?
No. The apps are yours to keep and keep working offline. Canceling a paid plan only turns off cloud sync and AI credits.
Can I host the cloud myself?
Yes — Team (and Enterprise) can self-host the Axis portal on your own server or subdomain. Your files stay on infrastructure you control.
How does AI billing work?
Each paid plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits for generative features. Heavier use can be topped up pay-as-you-go. AI never trains on your work.
